Uhh... one icon was replaced with another.

So basically, the icon for my Camera Zoom app was replaced with the icon for my Lunar Lander game app...

a restart doesn't fix this.. wtf?

Reinstall the app.

It's a glitch in OS 3.0. I fix it by going into your applications when you have your iPhone plugged in. Uncheck the Camera Zoom app, sync your phone, re-check the Camera Zoom app, then sync your phone. It'll be back to normal.
