Uhh Safari, Camera & YouTube missing!

I restored to 2.2, quickpwned 2.2-1, synched backup and now Safari, Camera, YouTube, iTunes store, and the APPSTORE! are completely missing. Is there anything I can do or should I restore? When i ssh they are all in the Applications folder but they wont show on the homescreen. Please help.

Edit: fixed with reset all settings
