Hi all

If you are in the UK and have bought a decent quality 3rd party leather loop from ebay.co.uk, can you please post a link? There's stacks on there and i'd rather buy from a vendor who a member on here has been happy with.

Thanks.

I received mine today from Inkoo999. The reason I chose this supplier was the fact that the diagram / image on the listing had the wider length for the connector on the 38mm (I believe is was listed as 32mm as opposed to the shorter 31). I ordered I think last Wednesday, it was shipped next day and arrived Saturday (but it required a signature so didn't get it until today).

I went for the blue and I'm very happy with it especially considering the price. The magnets are strong, the finish without any blemishes (so far) the only problem is that the metal connector is occasionally visible on the long strap. It doesn't seem to a problem on the short strap or the other side of the long strap - I guess it clips over the top of the strap and it depends how tight you strap the watch up.

So the strap isn't perfect, however first impressions are very good and I would happily order another one ( I would love a red one but that particular seller hasn't got one listed yet)

I just ordered the red, black and brown from lnkoo999 using this item http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/331626043091. Got an extra 15% off so pleased at that.

I have the real Apple blue Leather Loop so will be interested to match them up.

Also interested in the Milanese Loop they sell, but would like some feedback from someone first....

I'm a bit unsure about the other colours as only the blue and black in the listing I used had the lnkoo logo all other colours were blank and generic. I suppose I could always return them. I do fancy the brown. Let us know when you receive them. If they could fix the connector showing then they would be perfect.

I second the lnkoo999 recommendation. The adaptor fit isn't absolutely perfect, but there are no massive gaps and it's fairly high quality. Can't go wrong for twenty odd pounds.

From my experience don't bother.
I have tried four LL fakes and they've all been not good. I only have a 38mmSS so I'm stuck and back to my black sports band. But it's my most comfortable band so I'm happy also.
Really wish apple did a LL for 38.

Well my blue is good for £20. Looking forward to receiving my red and brown that I ordered yesterday.

What has been your issues with the fake LL?

So, just purchased myself a blue leather loop off ebay on an auction for the bargain price of £3.20 from seller inkoo999... not hopeful of great things but fingers crossed itll be alright... hard to know as they all seem to use the same stock photos but guessing only time will tell.

You got real lucky to get it at that price. It's obvious inko999 is typically rigging the bids for this since they are all private bidders. People are not really winning these auctions unless his invisible reserve is met. They must have screwed up for your auction

My red arrived and it was a better fit than the blue. I had to do my tape trick to make it from showing the connector under stress though.

I have the brown too but not tried it. Alas my blue connector is still showing very slightly and when compared to the red doesn't look so 'legit' so I might return it as

£0.93 :):):)

I'd agree about the private bidders though. In my case they bid 55p and 88p - why bother?

Hello. After previously getting a leather loop from "vtestore" and returning it due to the gaps where the connection with the watch is, I was also searching for a new seller for a 38mm loop. I picked Inkoo999 today too, after seeing the 32mm connector stat. I even messaged to ask how well it fit the watch. (Although not heard back). Does yours fit well? Any chance you can post some pics? Is the feel good? I hope it does fit better than the ones who state 31mm width and it is not just a lure for customers. Please let me know if you can. Cheers!

I've had mine from inkoo for a while now and it's alright, it's definitely real leather and I'm pretty impressed with it - Not sure about them rigging the bids, though, they seem to be making a lot of mistakes if they are, I've bought two and I got them both for a few quid, don't pay the buy it now price on his account, just bid on them until you get it for the price you want!

Either way, the important thing is the magnet is really strong, the whole latter end of the strap is magnetised, not just the end bit, which is great, here's a video of mine, it isn't like the last abomination I bought where just the last section was a magnet and kept coming off!

It's comfortable enough and seems alright after a week or so of use. Sizing is generous, I've got about 60mm left on the strap and I've got massive wrists.

Only complaints are that the last section of the band is the same thickness as the rest so it doesn't stop itself from coming through the loop as a safety feature and that the blue is more like a black/very dark blue than the photos show, maybe it's my eyes :p

Edit - On a related note, and this is only my opinion, but these straps are apparently for both the 38 and the 42. Mine are being used on the 42mm watch and the straps taper to the width of the screen which is aesthetically pleasing to me, I'm not so sure they'd look as good on the 38mm.

And also a real world photo of the blue on a space grey 42mm sport

It seems the bids are rigged for USA store as all are private bidders and you can't ever win unless you are willing to pay around the buy it now price. The UK seems to be another story
