Hi Guys,

Im very interested in taking this course and gaining the certification.

I've been looking at finding how I can do this the cheapest way possible, I live in the UK so it also seems quite hard to find some useful info ie College courses/University Courses.

I currently work for a company in I.T a desktop support role but in a windows environment and am really keen to make the switch.

Any feedback appreciated.

Thanks

I have been thinking about doing this as well, i'm also in the UK but finding it difficult to find any places up North. However, if you are down South I know people that have had good experiences with a company called Amsys. Check out their website here. Hope this helps!

Andy

ACSP is a great certification, as you will have the title and then you can add yourself on apple's website.

I have ACSP and ACMT Apple Certified Macintosh Technician, so I can make warranty repairs. I also got my A+ Certified IT Tech.

These certifications do help and I have landed some interviews with them but I am still looking.

The problem is jobs working with macs are few and far between :(

I say stick it out with your pc job and while you are there work on your certs and keep an eye out for a mac job. Once it comes along you will be prepared.
