I'm sure I've had this problem before, but I've forgotten how to fix it.
Using BT's email, I am unable to send mail because neither Mail nor Thunderbird will connect with mail.btinternet.com. Incoming mail is fine. I've been through a whole Q&A with a BT guy who said that because I can use the website mail system to send, it's not their problem, but something wrong with Mail and Thunderbird.
Anyone able to help?
