UK "Could not activate cellular data network"

updated my 3G iPhone last night to 2.1 and this morning get this message...also have a small blue circle next to O2-UK in the top right....anyone else?

I'm getting the same (in Kingston Upon Thames) so I think it's O2. Just coincidence that you updated.

Ah I'm in Dorking not far from you, so yeah maybe O2's dreadfull 3G coverage, it really lets the phone down.
