I've said this before but now with their Watch app I gotta say it again:

NatWest has the best iOS app of any UK bank, and if you use iOS and like the latest tech you should probably consider a NatWest bank account. I don't know if someone at the top is a huge Apple fan or what but...

1. The iPhone app is designed better than most and has some "cutting-edge" features eg:
2. Get Cash. Tap "Get Cash" and you'll get a code to enter into an ATM to withdraw cash without using your debit card.
3. Simple transfer money, and pay friends (although Barclays were first to do the pay friends with Ping)
4. TouchID! The first UK banking app to support TouchID for login
5. Apple Pay! One of the first to support Apple Pay on Day One.
6. And now the Apple Watch app. I can't believe how awesome this is. I tap the app on my watch, I'm already authenticated so it jumps right into my account and shows my balance, recent history and with two taps I can immediately get a "Get Cash" code.

Anyone disagree? Let me know! I've used quite a few UK banks and NatWest is by far my favourite

I've just switched my Student Account from HSBC to The Cooperative. Having second thoughts though and Natwest could definitely be an option.

My main account is with Lloyds. I also have a Narwest account. The only thing that Lloyds is missing is no Apple Watch app. But apart from that I much prefer Lloyds bank.

I'm perfectly happy with Lloyds now they support ApplePay. Happy with their banking app. It's missing TouchID, although I'm not really bothered about it.
