Similar here. Ordered 08.04 (app loaded first, website wouldn’t load until 08.09 for me), then 08.22 I get an email saying transaction failed... had Nov 3rd delivery too. Have sent Barclaycard a secure message...

Interesting for me. Managed to bag one for pick up next Friday 3rd.
Kept getting error messages during the iup order process so took a while but was ordered by 8:10. Another interesting tidbit, when I chose the store it initially said ‘arrives by 18th November’ However when I clicked the store it then said good news you can pick up on the 3rd. So chose a time slot for the 3rd and then got confirmation email.

Even though it was on the hotel wi-fi I was in and done within a minute and got my confirmation email by 10:02 (08:02 UK time). 256 SG delivery on the 3rd! So chuffed! Had problems with the app not opening up to the store the past couple of years, so glad it went without a hitch this year
Will Apple being setting up the "night before" reservations page, whereby you can check if they have stock for a next-day pickup?

So Apple store on Safari and App didn't come up for me until after 8:10 :-(.
Managed to order one on Safari for 2-3 weeks delivery.
On the iUP too but when I got through on the app, only managed to get a reservation for 2nd December.
I'll get the phone on my paid for order 13 - 20 Nov, hopefully take that into the Apple Store and convert into iUP upgrade. If they won't do that then hold on the couple of weeks for the reservation and return the one that I've bought.
Anyone know if they'll convert the purchase into the iUP upgrade? I'm thinking that it will be processed as a refund and then use the same phone to do the upgrade.

Had a few payment issues. Apple pay with Starling went through, then I got a notification that Starling had declined it. I placed another order for store pickup on the 3rd with another card and it went through and Amex tell me it's all ok their end.
Mine went as smooth as butter kept on force closing the store app on my iPad and then got it ordered very quickly through Apple Pay.
My mate was trying the same at his work and the Apple store kept on erroring for him so I have offered him my CPW order on the 4th if that gets delivered on time.

If you used Apple Pay via the app - check your transaction history in Wallet. My card was declined despite telling the CC company yesterday about the spend. Had no phone calls or emails to let me know so just by chance I checked and then called them..does this mean you lose your place in the queue for first decline? will be Ok now when they re present the transaction...
Just come here to post that be careful of carphone warehouse orders. They were showing for 3rd November for a very long time. Longer than Apple, which I find hard to believe even after 30 mins. I expect delay emails.
