uk itunes ringtones - when?!

has anyone bought a ringtone for a UK iPhone yet? why isn't this activated??
'marimba' is starting to make me cry.
however, i really love the new SMS tones. 'glass' all the way!

btw: i really begrudge buying a ringtone, but i'd like to have at least one legitimate one to keep forever.

im pretty sure you can try the free ringtone trick with itunes 7.5 and 1.1.2, just make a ringtone yourself, convert it to m4a, change the extension to m4r and double-click it and it'll show up in itunes under ringtones and you can sync it to your iphone
