UK store down?

it would be cool if there was a keynote by SJ talking of the store update and demo'ing any new updates to the store :)

STORE IS BACK UP.. 17" MBP ON THERE!!!
 
Chundies was right.. 17" on line now.

But I want a 12".. fits perflectly when flying coach and in hotel safes in the room.

and the 17" MBP gets a dual layer burner but the 15" doesn't :confused: and a firewire 800

Boy did they cripple the 15" in regards to features
 
Talk about a huge price slash. People who ordered high-end 15'' MacBook Pros recently got totally screwed.
 
Well, the U.S. store is back up and the 17" MacBook Pros are there, as everyone thought they would be.:p

Kind of funny, if you configure a 15" MBP to the same specs as the 17" it costs 2200 SEK more! (about 290 USD!) :rolleyes:

More space to fit them in :)

The only reason the 15in didnt get the dl drive was that they are too big to fit :(

The reason they said was because there were no DL drives thin enough to fit in a 1inch laptop

And unless i am mistaken the 17" image says still 1" thin

I'm guessing that the person commenting about the price slashes was joking? We've got no price slashes on the 15 inchers here... :confused:

Maybe a DL drive that fits in a 1" laptop has become available between January and now?

I smell an upgrade to the 15" version soon.
 
Not sure if this was mentioned, but the only Powerbook left on the online store (at least the Swedish one) is the 12" one, 17" has already been removed.
