I stumbled across tvcatchup.com which streams live TV from all the main Freeview channels - and it works on the iPhone.

I've never heard of this and there's no info on the website - is it new? Or have I been missing something for the last couple of years?!

It's not new check out it's Wikipedia page, been around a couple of years now, I use it it's very good. More channels available on the desktop version though.

Yeah seems great - I think there's been a bit of publicity over the past couple of days because it was mentioned on the BBC tech blog. Not sure how happy O2 are about it but it works over 3G...
