right, i know theres no official unlock as of yet, but iv been reading for weeks now about unlocking/hacking and i still havnt got a clue where to start, so i just have a few questions, im on WINDOWS btw
1. when i first take the iphone outta the box, how do i activate it without itunes?
2. do i need to be a computer genius to jailbreak it? i mean im no idiot but im no bill gates either
3. will i always be able to start over fresh if i ***** it up? like is itunes restore always a fallback option? surely i cant mess it up beyond repair with just softcore software modding
also, always wondered this, what happens when you dock ur iphone with itunes for the first time after hacking/unlocking? do you just put the serial in like ipod or is it gona try n make me sign up to 02?
