UK users - what to do when texting for your PAC doesn’t work..?

So I made the dreadful mistake of switching to LycaMobile, where customer service goes to die.

i am not able to get my PAC code by texting PAC to 65075. The message just fails to send. They won’t give me a PAC via email and it’s pretty much impossible to phone them.

Any suggestions where to go next? Annoyingly I have seen on Twitter that someone else did manage to get the PAC via text so apparently it’s just me who can’t use that service which makes me hate them even more!

They won’t give you a pac via email, as in, they reply to refuse, or they ignore it? Raise with the ceo https://www.ceoemail.com/s.php?id=ceo-12016&c=Lycamobile-COO and let him know he’s in breach of Ofcom guidelines

They just do not reply to emails, or if they do they take about 2 weeks and then totally misunderstand your point and answer a question you didn't ask.
Funnily enough just as I saw a few people on X complaining that the PAC text service wasn't working; it has mysteriously started working! So I do now have the PAC, which I have given to another mobile provider; now the question is will Lyca successfully allow the port to actually take place!
