Any UK owners of hacked tv managed to get other progs installed and running on there Having no joy trying to get Jamam onto my unit and it appears cant get HULU either.
Might be me being a plank but if there is any help out there I would be grateful.

Hulu and other sites use IP filtering to block content from viewers in other countries unfortunately, so it is not a software issue on your AppleTV it's an intended service block from those companies. You would need to run iVPN or a similiar VPN solution to spoof a US IP address at either the device or your router to access those services.

I have used TV FLASH on my unit so I have VPN and I have enabled it however still can't load Hulu. Any ideas or maybe I am going around the wrong way trying to load it ! Any easy to follow instructions would be great.

I'm not sure about the config of the AppleTV - can you enter details to connect to a VPN? The simple solution to access Hulu.com from Europe / UK on my MBP is to use a US based VPN (Virtual Private Network). More details here: http://www.vpntelevision.com

A VPN basically creates a secure tunnel from your computer to a local American ISP. The VPN then gives you a new US based IP address - and it appears as if you are physically in the USA.
