ULTRA 1 / Cycling workout resuming/restating when totally still.

I start a Cycling workout and cycle to my cafe, all good, and the workout auto pauses OR sometimes asks to pause

THEN, while I am sitting still or possibly typing, the workout keeps starting and stopping along with an audio announcement which is very irritating.

New behaviour since Watch OS10 happens regularly every day that I use this workout. About eight times this morning already

Reported via Apple Feedback. Anyone else?
