Hey guys can u just tell me is the new ultrasnow for 3.0 is only for 3g?? when will it be released for 2g? i upgraded it to 3.0 n my phone is locked.... pls help...

Everything you need to know is here. Ultrasn0w is only for 3G. If you did your research, you would know that the 2G is unlocked via bootneuter only. And it will be forever unlockable on any firmware. The jailbreak and unlock for the 2G and 3G phone will be released tomorrow. It will come as quickpwn and pwnage tool. It will unlock/jailbreak any iPhone 3G/2G. Tomorrow (today) is an exciting day, my iPhone 3G is itching to upgraded/unlocked on 3.0.

Hi.

I have the 3G and I use the 2.2 firmware with 2.28.00 modem firmware. Can I upgrade via iTunes to the latest modem firmware and then uswe ultraSnow, or UltraSnow will only work with modem firmware 2.28.00?

When you upgrade to 3.0, your firmware will be updated. Ultrasnow can unlock any jailbroken iphone 3g using 3.0.

TBH, if your phone is working at the min for calls etc... i wait until Quickpwn and ultrasnow are released.....
