Ok so I'm trying to install vista ultimate 64 bit, and when boot camp tells me to insert the disk, I did, then It restarted and when booting, it came to a black screen with white text saying:

1.
2.

Select cdrom boot type:

The problem is that I can't type a thing!

Does anybody know what to do here?

Might not help, but occasionally when I recently installed Vista 64 (or Windows 7), after running Boot Camp setup where it asks you to insert the Windows DVD to continue, I would get a black screen after startup. It would sit there for forever. Holding down the power button (force shut down) and starting back up again fixed it for some reason.

EFI issue maybe?

I'm not sure if it's an efi issue or what but plugging in a USB keyboard does nothing.
I also did a force shutdown but it just returns to the same screen.
