Un-Cracking MS Office to install the real thing

So a friend foolishly installed a cracked MS office on their MBA some time ago. It continues to work fine but they finally bought a license for it. Now they can't uninstall it and install regular office without it still showing the cracked license, owner's name, etc. Anyone know how to un-crack this so they can enter the (paid) serial?

Honestly, I wouldn't bother. Office is a huge pain to uninstall. He's done the right thing and purchased a license. It doesn't make much difference if it shows on his Mac.
