iPad Unable to activate message on iPad Air wifi & cellular

Hey guys,

Having some trouble activating an iPad I was given from a friend.

There isn't an iCloud activation lock preventing the activation process.

I've done a restore via iTunes with a simcard inserted, currently getting Unable to Activate message.

Apple support pages have no help so coming to you!

Try connecting to a different WiFi during activation.
