Unable to Change to Apple Wallpaper after Jailbreak iOS 9.0.2?

Hello, I noticed recently that I cannot change my wallpaper to any Apple Wallpaper on IOS 9.0.2. If I go into Settings > Wallpaper > Choose New Wallpaper and then select Apple Stills nothing loads. Settings crashes.

I am jailbroken with the latest Pangu jailbreak 1.2.0 on Windows and do not have any theme tweaks whatsoever.

I noticed some other reddit users are having this issue also.

Anyone else have this issue? If so do you know of any fix?

Nope no idea. It works fine for me. Try removing some of your tweaks or removing all of them by removing Cydia substrate.

Edit. Reinstall all of the afterwards one by one to find the culprit.

Already tried. Still no luck. Even tried booting in Safe Mode. What device do you have? I'm using an iphone 6.
