unable to change views in Mac mail

Hi, looking for any advice on how to change the view in Mac mail v13.4. As you can see from the pic I have all my email accounts in the column on the left and one window on the right with the emails. Not sure what I did to remove the column with the full emails that would have been to the right of the email list.
Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to MacRumors! Would it be possible for you to upload your pic or paste it in? You've attached a PDF which has to be downloaded to view it, which I don't want to do. If you tap on the picture icon in the post toolbar, you'll see some options. Alternatively you can copy the screenshot and simply paste it in the post box.

Also, what device are you using that you're having an issue? I realize you're new here, and you've posted in the iOS 10 forum, but you're referencing iOS 13.4. Can you provide more details? Also just FYI it's not called Mac Mail, but Apple Mail since we use it on multiple devices that aren't Macs.
