Unable to check/uncheck boxes in Security>Accessibility

Since updating to Catalina, I am unable to either check or uncheck a box in security>accessibility. I am also unable to add or remove any apps listed here.

Is anyone else seeing the same? Any known solutions?

Make sure you have unlocked in the bottom left hand corner.
