Unable to connect new iPhone 3G to "3G" Network?!? Known Issue?

Just purchased the new iPhone today, So excited! Everything seems to be working but Safari iTunes and App Store. Is this a known issue? I can make calls and send SMS. I also notice the 3G icon doesn't appear. Please let me know if this is related to the same issue people were having yesterday. Thanks

Sounds like you're not only not on 3G, but not even on EDGE. Have you tried rebooting the phone? You are in an area that has data coverage, right?

Nope, we have coverage in this area. I'm located 10 miles from Philadelphia, PA. Like I said, I have all bars, but no 3G or Edge logos. Any ideas?
