It has been over a month and I still cannot access Mobileme
Ive tried over and over to do these steps :
1. go to http://myinfo.apple.com/ and login with: USERNAME@me.com and your chosen password (Your MobileMe account is ALSO an AppleID . . . but Apple didn't tell anyone this!)
2. click AppleID and enter your NEW password twice (Don't use the same one that wasn't functioning before, and don't use the same password as any other AppleID account that you own!)
3. Click Save Changes
4. go to http://www.me.com/ and login with: USERNAME@me.com and your new password
over and over I get this message ((( Unable to connect to MobileMe ))) I know its stupid setting some where , but I cant find it ....
why is this such a problem with so many people ?????
