iPhone Unable to download anything

Hey, so i JUST jailbroke my iPhone 4S on 7.1.2 using Pengu, and when i want to download ANYTHING from ANY SOURCE, i get different error messages such as size mismatch, POSIX, and use apt-get update to solve all these problems. The problem here is that i CANT use apt-get update because i cant download terminal because i get the same error messages. I need help regarding this, resprings and reboots where useless
