I'm on ipad 4 and I keep getting this error. Anyone know a fix?

Things I've tried:
- restarted ipad
- airplane mode on/off
- DNS changed
- reset settings
- change time and date to a year from now
- VPN - was downloading halfway but cancelled. The app is over 1gb so I don't think VPN will help but it did manage to get about 40% before an unknown error. Downloading without VPN doesn't start just title error.
- logged out of iTunes and restart, etc.

I've used this app for almost two years and every month when there's an update I'd delete and reinstall without a hitch. This is the first time it's happened. I've run out of ideas. Helpo :(

Do other apps from the App Store download without problems?
Yes. I even updated a few apps due to resetting the settings. The VPN I had to download to try that method. Worked perfectly.

Okay I tried downloading a few more apps and getting the same msg. I think I may have used data to get the initial VPN app due to it's small size. So it's my wifi? But my net is working alright.

Tried tried resetting network as well as I found that on a site. Unsuccessful. ;-;

Hm, can you try different networks like a free public wifi to narrow the issue down? Not sure if you have other wifi networks around you that you can use.

At this moment no. It's very late here. I'll givr it a shot tomorrow.

I encounter this error several times a year.

It's an App Store issue, there is nothing that the end user can do apart from waiting a day or two for the issue to clear.

Best success!
Thanks!

Oh really? I never came across that explanation. I found out it had something to do with the wifi but it's true, it's out of our hands. I ended getting the app through another wifi source. It had the same glitch at 40% in but was able to resume after re-trying and completed. Hopefully it fixes itself as I'll need to update the app in a month.

Thanks for the assistance guys.
