Hi,

Lately I've had some problems with installing applications. When I install an application the progress bar jumps back and forwards until i get the messaige "Unable to Download application". "<Application name> will be available for download why you log in to the iTunes Store on your computer". The error only appears when downloading apps on 3G-network. WiFi works fine.

I've tried to connect the iPhone to iTunes, recover it a couple of times but the error stil occurs. I'm using carrier OneCall Norway with an iPhone 3G bought from NetCom. And it's not jailbroken.

Is there a fix for this problem? Will 3.1 do the thing?

There's a 10(?)MB limit on downloading from the App store over 3G, just use wifi or wait until you're at your computer.

It's not the 10MB limit. The iPhone tells you if it's that. Most likely reset your network settings.

I've done that a thousand times, and I've also done completely restore on my phone several times.
