Unable to download iOS10

Hi

My iPhone 6S is struggling to download iOS10. The update screen swaps from 'Update Requested' to a download time of between 10-17 hours. I've left it overnight but there's no progress. I've tried restarting the phone but that didn't make any difference either.

My internet connection is running at 68Mbps, so fast enough.

Any suggestions, please?

Potentially use a different CDN endpoint to download the update

That would indeed change the Doman Name System for your network so that your data would come differently than with your regular DNS given by router. Since 8.8.8.8 is Google's DNS, it works very greatly.

thanks, I have tried that but it made no difference.
