Unable to download Yosemite from App Store

I'm trying to download Yosemite 10.10.2 from the App Store to created an updated USB installer. However, once I click on the Download and Continue on the pop-up, nothing happens. The Download button gets greyed out but thats about it. Mavericks downloads fine though. Anyone else encounter this?

If you have a previous version of the Yosemite installer stored on any of your drives indexed by Spotlight, the download won't start. Either delete the old installer or archive it (zip, dmg,...) and then the download should start.
