I am unable to delete contacts or update contacts from iCloud.com. Deleted contacts from iCloud.com on a browser reappear upon browser refresh. None of the deleted contacts shows up on the iPhone or Mac logged on the same iCloud ID.
When I edit any of the contacts shown on the iCloud.com from browser, I get the following error message.
Error prompt:
Couldn’t save changes to “A”.
Your changes to this contact couldn’t be saved because it was just updated by another device.
This even when there is no other device logged on the iCloud ID. Screentime is not activated on the device. I have checked the steps given on https://support.apple.com/en-gb/guide/icloud/mmc1cd5b86a1/1.0/icloud/1.0, but problem remains.
