Unable to get iSight to work in Parallels 3.0

I just installed the latest, 3.0 version, of the software and believe this is supposed to support the iSight camera but I can't get it to work. How do I get WinXP to recognize and use the camera?

This was a problem posted yesterday as well, it might be a global issue, not sure if there is a fix ?

I believe it needs to be connected as a USB device. There's a USB pop-up menu in the tool bar at bottom of Parallels VM window (assuming you're not full-screen). You should find "iSight" listed there.
