Unable to hear calls after 1.1.3 jailbreak

I have bootloader 4.6 and 1.1.3. I used the modmyifone GUI to jailbreak my iphone, now when people call me, I cannot hear them. In addition to that, the phone makes no sound when locking, unlocking, and anything else. It also doesnt vibrate. I did nothing but install installer and services, then reset the phone. It stopped working shortly there after....any suggestions
