iPhone unable to install themes with cydia

i have recently jailbroken the device iphone 4s ios 8 with pangu but when i search an theme and click on instal then following message appears,, the requested modifications cannot be applied due to required dependencies,,,,,so what is this and what is the cause and solution please help

thanks for reply,,,,wont it be installed when cydia is installed during the jailbreak? if not how to install winter board ? please help me otherwise my jailbreak will be worthless
but one try i did ..i opened the cydia and went to search and typed winterboard and selected the top on search result and clicked to install but same message came and there was one option as usual ''continue queue''....and the problem is it always reamains to queuing only and no more progress...i fed up friends
