Hello, I'm having a problem making calls from my MacBook Pro 13" Touch Bar Mac OSX 10.14.4. I've done it in the past my iPhone XS Max is running 12.2.

I am signed into FaceTime and my iPhone. When I go to Settings/Phone/Calls On Other Devices and I try to turn that on I get a message "Cannot turn on calls on other devices. FaceTime and iCloud must be signed in to the same Apple ID to enable calls on other devices.

I'm pretty smart but no idea why this is not working. I've tried signing in and out, restarting both devices, both are on the same Wi-Fi network.

Need help please!

The message is pretty clear. Are you signed into both FaceTime and iCloud with the same AppleID, on both devices? Are you sure?

So I checked the Facetime area on my iPhone and had so sign in there. I would have thought that being signed in on the phone would have taken care of all that.
[doublepost=1556192933][/doublepost]Yes, it's working now it was something in the phones Facetime settings.
