Unable to make out going calls after 15.0.1

Hello,
I am unable to make out going calls since 15.0.1… on iPhone 12 Pro.

I have to turn off the phone and back on to get the calls working again. This seems to work for about 12 hours.

incoming calls and sms works fine.

Anyone else have this issue?

I called my Carrier and everything is good on their end.
