Unable to Pay To Upgrade AT&T (Iphone 6+)

I got a weird important question.

Few months ago, I got my iPhone 6 plus replaced by apple. The model number is NGAP2LL/A. What does that mean?

Been wanting to update my phone so when I go into AT&T to "PAY TO UPGRADE" device option it takes me to another page saying an error message saying it cannot recognize the phone or device.

What do I do?

Sounds like you should contact AT&T and see what they might have to say about it all.

I did. It's becoming a case to be worked on. Do u know if anyone has this issue?
