Just wondering if anyone else has been unable to pay with the Sonic app. It hasn’t allowed me to pay with Apple Pay or with various debit and credit cards for a couple of months. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app, deleting and reinstalling the payment methods, creating a new account, talked with Sonic tech support, making sure that I’m up to date with the app and iOS. Also tried paying on an Android device and an iPad with no luck. My wife can order and pay on her iPhone 11 Pro Max using the same credit card just fine. I can pay everywhere else with Apple Pay and my credit card. Not sure what to do but wipe my iphone and set up as new.
I was thinking it might be since I’m on iOS 14, and I was on the developer beta, too (wife is on iOS 13), but that doesn’t explain the difficulty in Android.
While not a huge deal, I would like to be able to take advantage of the app offers, especially half price drinks.
