Unable to put phone into speakermode

I just got a new company phone ( iphone 7 128gb ) and it came with 10.3 previous general release. I made a few phone calls on that software using speaker phone and it worked without a hitch. Infact it worked so well i almost did not want to update my phone to iOS11 between the terrible freezing, app crashing , volume sidebar not working, vibrate not working, ios music widget not working, blue tooth streaming issues we have all seen on my personal device. I decided to do it anyway and boy was that a mistake. Right now, my phone does not go into speakerphone mode AT ALL. I restarted the phone, turned it on and off and tried everything i could and it still will not work. Mind you, this is a BRAND NEW PHONE. This has to be by far the worst software release i have ever experienced since the iphone's launch. Man, i thought the 8 was bad with bugs, this one takes the cake for sure.

Adding isues so far i have observed on both my company phone, and personal phone both Iphone 7. One with TMO and other with ATT.

1. iOS music widget does not work. Contains no music info, unable to go to next song, or show current song info.
2. Bluetooth streaming to BMW car disconnects randomly with calls and music. Shows no song info.
3. Volume rocker barely seen on the device. Unable to confirm volume level.
4. Heptic feedback still intermittently does not work.
5. App crashes, freeze and lock ups.
6. Notificaions coming and going either late or not at all.
7. imessages someetimes do not work.
8. MORE TO LIST! But you get the damn point.

What version of iOS 11 do you have installed? Have you tried resetting all settings or even reinstalling?

Currently have 11.0.3. Both my phones are showing similiar but not all issues. For sure app crashes and lock up's and bluetooth seems to be consistently observed. On the new phone, im not sure why i would need to do that as it was a fresh install out of the box. No back up, etc was done. But, i will try!

Could be a hardware issue of some type as well when it comes to that device.

Could be. Its just a little strange as it was working perfectly fine prior to the update. Im leaning towards the idea of it being IOS11 issue as i have also seen this problem on my personal iphone - but I will take that into consideration.
