Unable to recover through disk recovery.

I’m unable to reinstall Mojave’s onto my disk. I don’t know why it doesn’t show up with a disk. It only shows a thumb recover drive which is locked.

Could somebody here inform me of what I should do? I haven’t backed up any data yet. And I’m not sure how I’m able to do that when I keep getting the prohibitory screen when I boot up... its the cancel sign...

This is an iMac27” from 2013 with fusion drive 3 tb
