Unable to remove Bluetooth device

Hi Everyone,

On the screenshot below there is a bluetooth device (starting c5... in blue) I'm unable to remove.
After pressing the circle with the X it sometimes disappears but will comeback upon reopening the system prefs.
I've checked and I can't find this device anywhere in my home at all.
Anyone any thoughts as to why this might be?

If I do that will I lose all my already connected Bluetooth devices?

Yes, it probably would.

Ok I did the SMC reset and successfully removed the device however on restart and going back into system prefs its reappeared!

Probably some device from a neighbor poking your Mac. It happens to me sometimes

maybe someone nearby with bluetooth activated in his phone or tv or ...

Thinking about it I'm somewhat doubtful as Bluetooth only has a range of about 10m I believe?

It should be so but I sometimes get bluetooth of my neighbor's TV and he lives in the apartment next door. We don't know if all the devices stick to the regulations
