How can i remove persistent folder over network to re-create share?

The root share no longer exists on my NAS as all data has been deleted, but Sierra still see's now deleted share... The folder is empty, but i cant remove it from OS X... I tried Terminal, but all i get is: sudo rm pointing to path 'Resource busy.

any help? Apple just wanted me to format volume, which doesn't really help me. Sure, that would be the other way out, but i don't wanna do that.

solved this by recreating share from scratch, then deleting it again
