Last night I was unable to access the Internet
On my 3G iPad. Went to my
Account and saw that my account
had ceased to exist as of midnight,
June 30th. No reason, and the unlimited option is
not available to me now, so I signed up
for the 2 gb/month plan. What happened? Also,
how much time would you think I have to spend
on line to use 2gig?

Just a follow up. I called AT&T, no help, but they suggested calling Apple. The local Apple Store where I purchased my iPad the day it was released, couldnt do anything for me, however they connected me to Apple Corporate. Finally I spoke to someone who knew what they were doing. They agreed that I should still have Unlimited as per my initial contract, and made the necessary changes to my account, and I am back on the Unlimited 3G Plan. I appreciate the service I received.

Apple or AT&T reinstated it? I thought only AT&T could do that since it is their service they are providing.

I had sort of a similar problem. I was out of the country, and my bank, unbeknownst to me, had put security hold on my account due to the possibility of theft or fraud.

I called AT&T, it took about 45 minutes, but they resolved the issue and I'm back on my unlimited plan.
