Unable to resize windows with 'Tap to click' enabled

Hi,

yesterday updated from Big Sur to Monterey and many things doesn't work but I want to share with you this one.

For example in Finder, if I drag the window to move its position I must do a real click becuase the tap to click no longer works as in Bir Sug

Anyone have the same issue?
Any solutions?

Hi I found the problem, Monterey turned off the accessibility option to enable drag
