Unable to save a full page screenshot on iPhone and iPad

You used to be able to save a full page screenshot on iPhone and iPad. That feature no longer exists. Was just on the phone with Apple support and they confirmed it was removed. WTH Apple? That was a very useful feature in so many ways. Does anybody know of an app or workaround for this?

Thanks for the replies. For some reason the option to take full screen wasn't showing earlier. I have done a reset and it now shows. Tech can be frustrating sometimes. Besides that, when the Apple tech screen shared with me, she couldn't see it either. She did some research and came back and said the feature had been discontinued.
