I am unable to import/save movie files (.mov and H.264) from iCloud, dropbox and wetransfer to my iPad and iPhone. I can view the videos, but I cannot save them to the Apple Photos App. However, when I email a copy of the video (H.264 at 1/8 size) I can save it to Photos.
Here are the errors that appear:
(1) dropbox is, "Sorry this file cannot be uploaded to this device".
(2) wetransfer says, "error".
(3) iCloud opens it in Safari where I can view it, but cannot download to the Photos App. It provides me with the option to save it to dropbox, vimeo, etc, but not to save it Photos. The files within iCloud have permissions so I can "make changes".
(4) Vimeo - I can see the video but do not see an option to download. The download option is "on".
We also had another person try to download the file from dropbox into the Photos App and they received the same error. Any suggestions?
