I've been waiting for this issue to resolve itself, but I haven't had any luck yet. Ever since I updated to Ventura, I haven't been able to use my extended screen as a functional additional monitor. Normally, I would be able to double tap my magic mouse with my 2 fingers (to easily access Mission control) and then select the full-screen window that I wanted to display. Now, it shows all of the same full-screen windows as my main monitor (which is different from the pre-Ventura update days, where each display had its own unique collection of full screen windows) and those full-screened windows are all blacked-out now (also different).

So, let's say that I'm working in Chrome now and I want to see my Messages window on my extended monitor. When I move my mouse over to the extended monitor, double click my mouse with my 2 fingers (to access Mission Control), and select the (now) blacked-out Messages window, it makes my extended monitor display as all black and now my main monitor displays the Messages window instead of it displaying correctly on just the extended monitor. Also, when I scroll through the open full-screened windows now (by 2 finger swiping on my magic mouse), instead of it just scrolling what's open on the active monitor, it scrolls on both displays (also different). Here's a some video of the problem (turn sound on):

Does anyone know what's wrong and how to fix it?

Thanks!
