Normally with certificate issues it'd be best to verify the time and date on your machine is correct. If it is definitely correct, try restart your router and attempt submitting again. That's all I can suggest I'm afraid.

Thanks for the reply. In fact what I did was leave feedback assistant open and the certificate updated itself. Must have been an old one which needed to update itself. If they do update themselves!
