Unable to send text files via Bluetooth to Windows 11

I am unable to send text files from iMac via BlueTooth to a Windows 11 computer.
The iMac is able to receive text files via Bluetooth from the Windows 11 computer.
The iMac is a Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2020 running Monterey 12.1 with Bluetooth firmware v75 c4194.
Apple Support has investigated this (Case Number: 101590561315) without resolution as of this posting (Wednesday 26 January 2022).

while running the same version of Monterey, I don’t have that hardware, so just a suggestion: assuming that only .txt is effected, as a workaround you can send a zipped version from the Win11 machine (?)

The problem is the iMac Monterey Bluetooth software does not provide ability to send files to the Windows 11 computer. The iMac will successfully receive text files from the Windows 11 computer via Bluetooth.
