Unable To Start Station

Every time I try to start a station from a song in my library, I get "Unable to start station. It is not possible to start a station with this song"

This happens with EVERY song, even popular/well known ones.

All my songs are tagged properly, etc

Apple Music is turned on and I'm in my 3 month trial

I'm in the UK

Just tried on my girlfriend's iPad (exact same song, How To Save A Life from the album "Just Great Songs" and it worked fine.

She's using the same Apple Music subscription as me (i.e. I have the family plan, and her Apple ID is part of my family)

The only difference is she has iCloud Music Library turned on, I don't.

If I try from the exact same song in iTunes instead of my phone, the iTunes title bar briefly flashes "Unknown title" then the songs stops and nothing happens.
