I can’t get the dynamic wallpaper to turn off on her iPhone X. The moving wallpaper is headache inducing!

It never did this and she doesn’t recall changing any settings.

The wallpaper is set as perspective zoom: off, but I’m not sure if this is what that is for?

I know you can turn motion off in accessibility, but then the open/close animations for apps stop, and she always had those on.

What are we missing?

I turn every screen transition animation off. They don't do anything but create unnecessary eye fatigue.
Try it for a while. It seems stark in comparison at first but once you've become used to it - you'll like it!

Anyone know what might be the deal with her phone?
